Asia will see an Asian version of ‘Hot Guys Who Cook’ very soon on Diva Universal. The series will be co-produced with NBC Universal International and it will feature six 30-minute episodes that will air in June 2012 on DIVA Universal across 20 countries in Asia.
The female-focused program will offer audience an offbeat cooking show whereby they’ll get up close and personal in the kitchen with 18 ‘Hot’ celebrity men around Asia sharing their signature dish in under seven minutes. It also includes their stories of the recipe and bits of their life tales while preparing their mouth-watering dish.
Hosted by E! News Asia guest host Jason Godfrey, actor and DJ Tom Price and veteran TV host Utt who are already Asia’s popular wanted male personnel. According to David Gunson, Vice President of Channels, South East Asia, Universal Networks International, “DIVA Universal viewers can’t get enough of the original, high-quality programming that we are investing in for the channel and we can’t wait to introduce our audience to Hot Guys Who Cook — our newest series that is, quite literally, hot. We are certain it will resonate with our female viewers.”
